Orders received by 1pm will be processed & sent on the same day.

WE USE AUSTRALIA POST REGULAR PARCEL POST FOR DELIVERIES IN AUSTRALIA. WE SUGGEST YOU ALLOW 3 DAYS TO BE SAFE WITH IN VICTORIA(AUST), 3-5 DAYS FOR ALL INTERSTATE DELIVERIES. ALL ORDERS UNDER $100 WILL INCUR A FLAT RATE OF $7.
WE CAN ARRANGE EXPRESS (REGISTERED) POST (NEXT BUSINESS DAY) DELIVERY FOR ANY ITEM(S) TO BE DELIVERED WITHIN AUSTRLIA, HOWEVER THIS WILL INCUR A FLAT FEE OF $10 FOR ORDERS OF ANY VALUE OR QAUNTITY. PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU WISH TO USE EXPRESS POST.
Please note we can only rely on the services Australia post advertise.
Email & Phone order returns policy:
1. We will be happy to accept all returns for items you are unhappy with if they have been unworn or have a proven manufacturers fault, for a full refund with in 30 days of date on original purchase receipt.
2. Items must be returned along with Return slip provided, original purchase receipt and garment tags attached.
3. Any shipping costs incurred for returned items are the customers responsibility.
4. Purple Cow clothing will be happy to pay for shipping costs for all replacement items.
Email & Phone order exchange policy:
1. We will be happy to exchange any item(s) you are unhappy with if they are unworn and provided the item(s) are returned with in 15 days of date on original purchase receipt.
2. 2, 3 & 4 of Email & Phone order returns policy apply to exchanges.
3. If the item you have requested as an exchange item is out of stock, you may be issued with a credit note (valid for 6 months)
Instore Returns policy
1. Any garment proven to be a manufacturing fault will be repaired or replaced.
2. Any item returned for claim must be accompanied with original purchase receipt or your claim will be deemed invalid.
3. If the item you have requested as an exchange item is out of stock, you may be issued with a credit note (valid for 6 months)
Instore Exchange policy
1. ONLY full priced items may be exchanged with in 7 days of original date printed on purchase receipt.
